  Fantastic seller! The item was exactly as described and very fairly priced. I ordered 2. The problem was Neutrik, the manufacturer. A bad design. It was most difficult to solder properly. Took me a long time to do a simple job. It was an anomaly. I have used Neutrik connectors for years because of their quality and ease to work with. I contacted the seller CES AZ asking to return the one I didn't used, and they were accommodating above and beyond the call. A high integrity seller. Thank you
