They responded the following Monday, apologised and confirmed this would be sent on separately. I received the shoulder strap 2 days later. The seller did everything perfectly but Royal Mail managed to deliver it to wrong address someone popped it through our letter box two days later it was clearly addressed to us so it was Royal Mails fault the gloves are just as described as usual
