Shipped very quickly and laptop received was pristine condition, hiccup was that i was sent a 10th gen processor (1065G7) instead of the newer 11th generation (1195G&) promised in the listing, was then offered a $50 compensation for the difference in specifications. Initially purchased with confidence because of their (then) 100% reviews and as their listings state that : "We painstakingly strive to attain 100% accuracy when describing a product. " pity that this was contrary to my experience

Received Laptop. It didn't work and I received an unexpected call from The Philippine's asking if my purchase was okay. I told him it wasnt charging and would not turn on when plugged in. We spent the next two hours having the person takeover the laptop but he couldn't get it to work. He emailed a return label and I sent it back on 12-9-24. It was delivered on 12/11/24 TO CUMMING GA. i HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND having contacted the seller on two occasions
