    Unfortunately delivery let this seller and buyer down. Item was packed and correctly labelled but after a month of being sent all over QLD by Australia Post it finally arrived at destination, and subsequently looking a bit crushed from its travels. However it was still intact although too big a size for its intended mop. Our mistake, but still a good item to be made useful in other ways. Not sellers fault for delivery issue but they sent it off quick.

    Not what I ordered. Sent a K-mart brand item which would have been cheaper if I wanted that particular brand to buy direct from K-Mart. Have tried twice to contact the retailer over the last 3 weeks, but no one will respond. Would not recommend this retailer to anyone. Have lodged a complaint to E-Bay and again have received no response from them.

    contacted this seller 3 times chasing my item to no answer then went through eBay for the seller to finally provide me with delivery details after explaung I did not receive it even when delivery tracking said that I did I got nothing no correspondence from them at all I'm now chasing it up with the courier as this seller whants nothing to do with the issue I wouldn't purchase from this seller

    Another disappointing, dishonest and deceitful seller who advertised items they do not have (no doubt planning to order from China and have delivered to me) and when they could not supply they then lied to ebay and said "customer requested to cancel order". This type of fake seller is ruining ebay and making it harder for buyers and honest sellers alike. Disgraceful. AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS! See attached photos for proof...

    My item was marked as delivered but I did did not receive it, when I contacted the seller I was told to go and check again and if it is not there we could work together for a solution. That was the last I heard from them, even after sending two more emails. I read the feedback from other people and I am sorry that I purchased from them. Never again.
