We waited almost a full week to see if UPS would deliver it and they did not. Contacted the seller and he wasn't helpful. Had to contact him twice more with details about UPS's tracking info obviously showing they had lost the item before he finally acted and contacted UPS. It was finally delivered over a week late. Seller is not at fault for UPS's failures, but he did not quickly act on our concern.
