    I like the spoons. Had asked before purchasing if finish of the spoons is ‘shiny or matte’ and answer was ‘matte’. Turns out the handles have a matte finish while bowls of the spoons are shiny. Probably would’ve passed if I had known, but with a roughly $15 purchase price (including shipping), a no-return policy in place and a seller with almost perfect feedbacks I didn’t want ‘an item not as described’ complaint on their record. Spoons were nicely packaged and shipped quickly though.

    The item was packed securely. No communication from seller at all regarding the delay from the winter storm. The shipping price was fair. Once I finally received the piece, the head and body of the bird was sticky, not from packaging. I had to clean it with an antibacterial cleaner, as I had no idea what it was. So I wouldn't say the item was "as described." For the price I paid, a long wait and having to clean the item I guess it was worth the price. Won't buy from seller again.

    I always want my buyers to be satisfied with a transaction. All items are thoroughly cleaned before being listed. This item was mailed early on my end with tracking. There are several USPS hubs that are having delays unfortunately.
