  I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. I received a defective item and was initially told that a replacement would be sent. However, the replacement never arrived, and after multiple follow-ups, it became clear that the seller had no intention of sending it or issuing a refund. I was misled and ignored, and this lack of honesty and accountability is unacceptable. I do not recommend this seller and urge others to be extremely cautious when buying from them.
