    Dispatched and delivered quickly, packaged well, easy to assemble, described as "ex-demo" - arrived with mud on tires and frame - experience would be a bit better if it was clean, it's still a £800 bike, missing manuals and tools etc which was a bit of a let down but still I think value for money was decent.     Super fast delivery with (in my opinion one of the best courier company around), unfortunately the incorrect item was despatch having notified the supplier of the issue they promptly arranged the picking up of the wrong item,. Once they were in receipt of the incorrect item they arranged for the correct to be dispatched, which was done over night so I was in receipt of the correct item the next morning. Highly recommended for the supply of anything cycle related, along with super quick delivery
