    Chika Bella was founded on the belief that all things beautiful should be nurtured. Today's world has an endless number of products that operate with very little care to the environment and the communities served.

    As a mother of 3 beautiful children, I also realised the damage many products do to women expecting children. It was from this realization that I set upon two simple goals – that all our products are safe to use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding AND to deliver luxury products that nurture both beauty and the planet.

    Our focus is to make the daily lives of women healthier, easier, and more enjoyable so that we all look and feel confident. We all want to achieve this without feeling guilty that we are doing harm to the planet, ourselves, or our loved ones.

    Avoid this seller at all cost. My package arrived 3 weeks late, well past the expected delivery window. I tried multiple times contact the seller and apart from the initial reply they did not respond. Its incredibly frustrating that after sending £300(GBP) on the items and delivery (not to mention £56 paid to customs clearance) The lack of professionalism and responsivness was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this seller.

    Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry you're frustrated. Your order (placed Aug 24th for AU$521/£264) shipped Aug 26th with tracking. We're in Sydney, so UK deliveries take time, especially with standard shipping. Delays can happen due to customs/carriers. The £56 customs fee is set by and paid to your government, not us. We replied immediately to your Sept 6th inquiry with tracking info and haven't received further contact. For faster future deliveries, choose express shipping.
