DO NOT TRUST. After placing an order, I was sent a message they would not be supplying, as their stock was faulty.
I then placed an order for a similar item from someone else, as I needed it quickly. But, they later refused to refund me because they’re (faulty?) stock had been shipped!
This is their problem, not mine. And they are still avoiding issuing me a credit.
There (faulty?) unit has arrived. And I do not want it. Very unethical conduct.

I ordered a nice unique Toucan Water Fountain. But what I received was a totally different toucan design in all aspect. The seller was quite professional & pleasant to deal with and was very apologetic. They tried to resolve it in all ways possible (except the main issue was not being able to provide me the correct product they listed). Full refund was processed.
