After bouncing back and forth between OH and MI for over a month (with stops in IL and NC), seller was able to contact their local post office, figure out where the package was, and update the shipping label. Although I didn't receive the doll in time for Christmas (bought 12/6) I did get her three days after UPSP got sorted. Also, great packaging! To say I was concerned about the condition is an understatement but she finally arrived exactly how she left. 10/10!
