    Firstly there is a stated 7 day time before it may be shipped, I wait 9 days and ask what the delay is, as it has not been shipped. Order is then cancelled by supplier with "problem with shipping details" I email back asking what the problem with the shipping details and receive no response. It is now more than two weeks later and still not response.
