    Outstanding customer service! Very fast shipping and item accurately described. This fairly expensive item had significant damage that couldn't be seen until the box was opened. I asked for a partial refund, with the understanding that I would repair the unit. The seller immediately refunded slightly more than I had asked for and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience.     The shipping was fine, and I got exactly what I wanted. My only complaints are that one of the little rubber protectors for the wheels was slightly damaged, and the box that it showed up in was in pretty rough shape. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and would buy from this seller again.
