  Originally I was not happy with the state of my phone when I got it, however after contacting the vendor about my issues, they had issued a refund even when the product was labelled as not refundable. They provided the shipping label along with it s cost and provided a full refund. Very pleased with the professionalism and amicable attitude.

  Seller was very quick to pack and ship guitar. Guitar was not packed in a designated case. Guitar was packed in a cardboard box and wrapped in bubble wrap. Guitar arrived with aesthetic damage that was not included in the description or listing pictures. Guitar was ready to play out of box.
