UNFAIR - What I told them to do is what I would have done myself to give them an answer so I told what to do as not to waste time. We have sold 100's of these per year and now one asking for manual. Item is used. I don't know which system you are using so not sure how to tell you to program it, plus what I would do myself is Google or YouTube it and resend it to you. You are block from purchases FOREVER!
