    Classic-camera24 offered me a very low quality service, I would even say a bad service. I wrote him all the specifics about it in order to correct the wrongs but he did not bother to answered me within 48 hours. The prism he sent me did not fit my camera and has to be forced in to get in even though he confirmed me in writing it was the right one. The glasses were very dirty and even one was not the correct one which fall off the prism. The item I receive is different than the one on the photo

    Of course, this Exakta prism supplied fits an Exakta camera with an interchangeable prism. Unfortunately, it seems that this buyer is not really familiar with Exakta cameras. We offered the buyer a 100% refund as a gesture of goodwill to ensure their satisfaction. We can't offer anything more! And please also note our opening times! Thank you !
