I cannot fault the seller who was totally on the ball to sort the problem out to my satisfaction. The Sony headphones worked well and were the best price around.

  Item arrived safe and sound today, very well packaged and looks amazing on display. Great communication from seller too from start of purchase. Sellers stated in title that box was damaged.... There was only a very small dent on one corner of the box and can hardly notice it. Great seller and highly recommended and will purchase from again. A+++++++++++++
