  This was a beautiful Lladro item I was looking forward to receiving;g when purchased however sadly the seller contacted me stating when they were packing item one of the china tail feathers fell off so sadly item broken. The seller was completely honest which was appreciated and offered to either cancel order or discount sale I did request a refund which was issued very promptly without any issues.
