A refund was promptly issued, which was much appreciated. This company has good customer service, but I cannot speak to delivery time. NO BUSINESS SURVIVES ON ONE TIME CUSTOMERS. Customer service is dying in the U.S. I urge companies to keep that in mind as they move forward. If you have good customer service, it can make up for other decencies.
