    UPS sucked, but everything with the seller went great! Great product, great condition, great value and (thankfully) great packaging. I will complain about UPS here though so hopefully the seller can see if multiple customers had problems with them. They changed the delivery date from 1 to 2 days after the original delivery date 3 separate times just to deliver it the initial day. The package came extremely dented and I was genuinely worried about the laptop. Laptop worked though, so thank you!

    Sadly, the machine (X1 Carbon G9 Cert. Refurb.) I received from this seller was DOA **however** the return and refund process --subtracting the typical headaches, costs and inconveniences associated with purchasing and not receiving what one paid for --was a no-questions-asked, straightforward return and refund. I would have preferred someone from the company reach out to assist but all things considered, I've purchased from this seller previously and plan to again. Need an X1 G9 Carbon!

    The laptop was received and in new condition with one exception; one of the ports was not working. I contacted the seller and they immediately initiated a return and apologized. They then went out of their way to make it up to me on a replacement which I then purchased. Honest, incredible communication and service, and great products at excellent prices. Great seller!!!
