I ordered a baseball cap and instead of just throwing it in a bubble mailer, they fully wrapped in a gift box (with a bow!) with a thank you card. It was very sweet of them. Shipping was fast. Product was clean like described. Seller was willing to haggle a bit on price and was clear about how much they wanted for the item. The item was plastic wrapped and bubble wrapped. They obviously went above and beyond to make sure that the order was perfect.

The little gem arrived safely and as described. I can't ask more from an eBay seller that's serious about customer service. I just wish they sold 1/43 scale diecast cars/trucks.
