    The oven/stove was extremely well packaged for shipping and labeled fragile ALL OVER, but USPS still ended up damaging the item. I messaged the seller and within less than 24 hours got a message/notice they are refunding me. Other than the damage from shippers it's in great shape. I also chatted with them on the phone. They let me keep the item to see if it's salvageable. Awesome seller, will definitely keep them on my favorites for future RV/Camper trailer parts.

    We had some challenges with USPS and with winter weather, so the package took way too long to get to me, but that is not a reflection on the seller! I appreciate them contacting USPS and opening a ticket for the “lost” controller. In fact, the seller put another one in the mail for me. They worked well with me. I installed the controller and it works perfectly.
