  Fantastic seller! I ordered several lots and the seller very kindly gave me a good discount on them, and also combined the postage.   Do not buy lead type from this seller. The images showed sorted type in good condition. When the package arrived the font was completely jumbled and some of the lead type had become chipped and damaged. I messaged the seller immediately but all they offered was a £4 refund on the postage. I asked for a fair partial refund as it had taken me a long time to sort but they refused claiming it was never advertised as sorted. Very bad packaging, and they are inexperienced.

  This cheap lot of metal type was sold as is, and very cheaply, the photos show it mixed. We offered Barney a full quibble free return with 100% refund and return postage all paid. We were sadly met with very strong messages demanding a 50% refund or negative feedback would be left. We refunded your postage as a gesture of good will, even though the item was delivered as shown. The offer of a full return still stands, please do take us up on this if you are not happy with your order.
