Item arrived in a reasonable time and as described.... however did not arrive unscathed....the box was heavily damaged and squashed in some places... BECAUSE THE SELLER USED ARAMEX!!....yes, this wasn't directly the sellers fault of how it arrived...But whenever I buy something where the vendor uses ARAMEX, whatever it it comes in is ALWAYS damaged or squashed.. WITHOUT FAIL!....(luckily, not yet the actual item); and no matter what site, eBay Amazon or whatever..STOP USING ARAMEX, PEOPLE!

Customer service was excellent! Good communication when parcel didn't arrive. Yodel managed to deliver it to the correct location eventually however the packaging was damaged. All the contents were luckily ok. Great seller, disappointing delivery.
