Excellent transaction and I highly recommend doing business with Colt. Received the case in 3 days. The case was new as described however it was filled with custom cut foam that had to be removed. When I contacted Colt about it, he replied immediately, and had a very legitimate reason for the oversight. I proposed a price discount to offset my work to remove the foam, Colt didn’t just accept it, he proposed an even better price discount for the oversight. Excellent customer service!
