  Lovely bloke to deal with always had a smile in his voice when we spoke on the phone and even offered the other bits to match my sofa. showed a photo of the very slight damage and gave a discount. I have the same settee from dfs and needed an arm chair to match so this was perfect as when i seached the model came up so was perfectly described. No packaging but was very clean and less impact on the enviroment. Postage was very reasonable. Husband had to be here to assist with bringing it in.
