Didn’t realize the ram couldn’t be upgraded and the updated OS uses all the inbuilt ram therefore it runs incredibly slow. Eg can take 10 seconds or longer just to respond to a mouse click. Also surprised it arrived undamaged as the only padding inside the box was a piece of cardboard. A shame the listing description didn’t mention the ram couldn’t be upgraded, but I guess it’s a lesson to do research before buying
