    Seller is super dodgy. Purchased an item, they said they sent it the next day, but untracked (which is not the method advertised in the description). Never received the item. They initially refused to answer emails, then later claimed “the carrier” hadn’t replied to them. What carrier, when there was no tracking provided!! Item was advertised as being Australian stock, but when I finally received a message from the seller, it was full of characters in an Asian language. Very suss.

    Although l did not receive the items because the courier did not deliver to me but the seller service was 100% and a full refund was refunded back into my account. The seller was very apologetic and very sorry that l was inconvenienced and answered my concerns very promptly. Only genuine good sellers address problems very quickly and this seller is one of them on eBay.
