Meine erste Bestellung ist leider nicht ganz glücklich verlaufen. Die Lieferung des Artikels ist leider irgendwo beim Lieferdienst (DHL) liegen geblieben. Es lag wahrscheinlich an der Überlastung der Paketdienste im vorweihnachtlichen Chaos. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer verlief sehr positiv, keine große Wartezeit bei der Beantwortung meiner Fragen. Ein Ersatzpaket sollte dann endlich Abhilfe schaffen. Die zwei DVD-Player entsprechen voll und ganz der Beschreibung.
