Item arrived in great condition, exactly as described, and excellent packaging. Unfortunately our handyman said this would slice peoples heads off since the ceiling in our sunroom is much lower than in the rest of the house, so I had to return it and the seller was extremely accommodating. Would definitely recommend this seller. A+
