I have rated this as neutral for the following reasons. I ordered 2 cases from this seller. This case arrived as described and fitted my son's phone. Very happy with this case. Unfortunately, the second case in the order for my daughter was not correct. Despite 3 emails to the seller and also returning the incorrect case by mail to the seller I have received NO communication to resolve this issue. Extremely poor customer service.

I ordered the Design 1 case which is blue and purple. The order arrived with the pink and green case which was not what I ordered. I contacted the seller by email on the 14th, 19th and 22nd of November to seek resolution. NO REPLY TO DATE. I returned the incorrect case on the 22nd by mail, asking for the correct case to be sent to me. I have not received the correct case nor a refund nor any communication whatsoever. This represents very poor customer service in my opinion.
