This clearly is not true. You apparently asked your "mate" to return it to us, without opening an ebay return, no tracking, it never arrived, no signature, WE DONT HAVE IT. Your beef is with Royal Mail, not us. We are a trusted ebay seller for almost 20 years. Blocked and Reported to ebay.

Did leave a negative feed back due to eBay stating my bollards where coming on the 28th and wrong tracking number this was an error from eBay not the seller
But they did arrive when the seller stated 27th very happy with delivery and great product and communication from the seller do highly recommend the seller

You purchased two bollards, on two different ebay accounts, we called both phone numbers on the morning of the dispatch due date to check it wasn't a mistake or if you wanted they keyed alike, no answer. When you managed to get round to replying it was too late to hit the courier for next day. Maybe answer your phone next time?
