Absolutely horrible company. Ordered my rug(to receive the one pictured), waited 4days with no update. Contacted seller, seller stated it was out of stock and wanted me to choose another rug. I told the seller that’s the one I wanted and to send a refund . Seller marked item shipped and wouldn’t respond. I contacted eBay and they started a case for me. I had to wait several more days and the seller never to eBay. Finally eBay stepped in and gave me a refund.

I purchased a rug and was notified the following day that the rug that was advertised and that I paid for was not in stock and I was asked if I wanted to pick another rug of get a refund I chose to pick another rug thinking that since it was an error on their part that I would choose another rug and there would be no issue I picked one similar in size to the one I had already paid for I was notified that it would cost me an additional $30 I think that is bad business practice do not recommend

Good morning. I am sorry for the inconvenience. We take pride in shipping the same rug as shown in the listing and if for some reason if it's is not available we tell our clients to select another one. The alternate you selected for more exotic and unique pattern. That rug was discounted but I discounted more. You mentioned if it can't be in the same range just refund you, so I refunded. Brindles are more pricey.Again I am really sorry, you are always welcome to choose another one :)
