    Despite the fact that item arrived with one cracked MOS and item wasn't in working condition, seller was very easy to be reached and communicating with. At first he tried to provide me with a new replacement item, but later a refund was sent, when was unable to provide a new item, whim seems to be better for me at this point. Trusted seller. Very easy to communicate.

    Item’s description was incorrect and in addition 3 of the 4 multimeters received were defective. I asked many times unsuccessfully for a Return Shipping Label. Horrible support from ebay. Do not buy from this seller because he sells junk. Nor from ebay. Spent over 2 hours with this order and in addition ebay asked me to bother other people to open a PayPal account i.e. spending more time and their time: lack of respect fron ebay. The ebay’s return system is AWFUL.

    Item arrived as described, undamaged, and on time. Only issue was no instructions in English, everything was in native language of manufacturer and we don't speak or read that language. Thank goodness the images on the packaging provided enough insight to fill in the gaps in the language barrier. All other things were good and would consider buying again from this seller.
