    This item came properly packaged and quick shipping. I ended up needing to return this and CPO Outlets was 100% easy t work with. They allowed my return and could have chosen not to due to my blunder. I sent 5-6 emails to them and each time they communicated immediately. No waiting 2 days for an answer. The cordless DeWalt tool I purchased was refurbished and looked absolutely brand new with a new manual. I would definitely recommend CPO Outlets!!!!!

    Very nice, well made, new 2026 House of Doolittle recycled seasonal wall calendar. Great graphics and large blocks of spaces to write each day's appointments. Great price and quality. The item was nicely packaged in clear plastic shrink wrap and mailed in a very sturdy cardboard box with plastic air filled shipping pillows.     problem with the shipping. The stump grinder was late. The wrong shipper was listed. then was given another shipper it was wrong. the tracking # it was a German tracking #. I finely found the shipper, The stump grinder would be delivered the next Friday but came the next day. The seller was great in helping . I would highly recommend this seller. The shipping was the shippers mix up. I posted the shipping problem so if it happens to you, you know the seller will go out of his way to help you.
