  Item as described and arrived carefully packaged after a long wait without any communication after confirmation of order in the intervening period. For no apparent reason, despatch took eighteen days before posting with Royal Mail on a Sunday! Nothing wrong with the item at all, but I think I will revert to buying direct from Japan in future as the service is typically better.

  The foot pegs I ordered didn't fit my Ducati despite the quality of the product. The communication with the seller was excellent as they responded to my messages promptly. After sending a video of the issue they gave me a full refund including the postage costs. This is customer service at its best.
