    Seller sent me the wrong item. I ordered watercolour pencils and they sent pastel pencils. I contacted them and asked to return the item. They don’t accept returns and told me to keep it and they would send me a refund. That did not happen and they have become hard to contact. I’m not happy with this seller.

    I ordered 2 mouses and received 1 when I asked for the second to be sent the seller said he packed two which is wrong and refunded me for the second then said he would report me for my behavior and has refused to correspond any more E bay is difficult to contact and that is what he relies on so I am out postage if I order the second mouse all in all a very unsatisfactory result and a very uncooperative seller who claims two were sent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GOON

    Im sorry you are disappointed richard but we do not stand for abuse. we have photo evidence we sent two to you and as good will i refunded you straight away without any questions asked. you then proceeded to abuse and carry on. no other seller or company would stand for thus, why should i.
