  The product was exactly what i ordered and fit well, the tempered glass turned up broken. I contacted straight away and they responded straight away, thankful for great customer service. They offered a $2.00 refund which i chose to accept as item was not very expensive and I am not a hardline customer, to my own detriment. In the end i wanted a brand new and perfect case. I feel the responsibility is on the packaging not the postage handlers, which was alluded to.

  Hi, Cover arrived promptly, very good condition as described. I made a mistake in ordering incorrect phone cover for my mother's iphone.
