Reached out to the seller and got a reply in a descent time frame, received my order as it was described in the ad, unfortunately the courier companies are what seem to be letting down the seller. Easy to deal with and happy with my purchase. Item was delivered late only due to the courier company, when I contacted the courier they had no idea where the parcel was and tried to pass the blame back onto the seller sadly.

Contact the seller on 3 occasions and still awaiting a reply regarding the matter which over 9 days ago.
Obviously customer service is not high on the list.
The tool received apart being the wrong size is of good quality and price.
