    The part ordered was the wrong one and I requested to return for a refund. This seller said that my request for wrong part was under the wrong request so I could not get a refund. He misled me to close my previous request and reopen new request, which I did but unfortunately, no option to reopen my request. This seller is of no help to me. He has refused to accept the part for a refund.

    I'm sorry that is not what happened here, you purchased the wrong part and then opened a return for the wrong reason so that you could return it. We informed you that we couldn't authorize a return under the wrong reason so you then closed the return, as you should have. Then before you could even give us the chance to respond you left us a negative feedback, a few hours later. So in essence you made a mistake and we got a bad feedback for it....thanks so much for that.
