  Did not receive item … but received refund for my order after more than a month …would not deal with this vendor again The lain excuse given to me was the courier might have LOST the parcel 📦 definitely not good service.

  Dear customer, obviously our job is to sell and the couriers' job is to deliver the parcels. Sometimes it happens that a parcel is lost. The couriers receive thousands of transactions so it happens. It is not the seller's fault if a parcel is lost but it is up to us to resolve the issue, which we did with the refund and not after a month as you say.
