The first package I received was with box, papers, manual but unfortunately the watch was missing. This was due to an error in the shipping department which was discovered later. They forgot to pack the watch. Seller was friendly and communication was great. Seller quickly send out a new package containing the watch and a second watch box which I already received after 2 days. A little bit of delay but the matter was handled correctly and swiftly. I purchased a watch from him with different dimensions than the advert. I decided to return it but no one has ever been found. Now it's back at the post office but no one is picking it up. He doesn't respond to my emails and kept my money. Stay away from such sellers
