Ordered 2 sets of these, received both with absolutely NO crystals in the center of the bottles. Sent seller a note with photographs, and they repeatedly sent me notes requesting more information and photos and never once offered to either give a refund or send properly manufactured product. For 99 cents, I really don't care, but with $5 in shipping, it's beyond irksome. I had bought these before and really liked them, but I will not buy them again. Getting the run-around is inappropriate.
