While the packaging could have used a bit more protective wrapping (perhaps some extra paper or a sturdier plastic bag), it did its job well enough. The item has some slight damage, but that was clearly shown in the listing photos, so no surprises there. With a bit of TLC, this coat will be as good as when it was first issued. Great value overall!
