The vertical timeline shows the parcel did reach the PO but was never sent.
After back & forth questioning I was told I would have it by the end of the week.
I didn’t.
Nor did I have it by mid-March.
The story kept changing.
The facts were clear … these items had never been sent.
The order was for over $75, which appeared to have been kept.

The Seller, once caught out, generously sent a full refund when I noted the time for me to complain expired in 2 days.
Said they were also sending the items, as a sign of goodwill.
One parcel arrived.
I left really good feedback.
The 2nd parcel didn’t arrive.
Only after I again tried to make contact was I told the second parcel had been requested to send back to the Seller.
So many outright lies!
Do not trust this Seller.
Refund was only to stop eBay doing a formal Review.
