Package arrived on time, but seller sent a wrong battery adapter model. Notified seller immediately. Seller responded quickly sending a correct adapter via express post which arrived quickly. Seller also included a prepaid post label for me to return the wrong adapter I received which I have to drop off the return package at a post office. The correct adapter works perfectly with my V6 vacuum. Now, when a battery has run flat, I can easily swap with another charged battery and continue.
