    EXCELLENT seller. The speakers and stands arrived SUPER QUICKLY, and were honestly packed, but they made a small oversight in packing and the item was damaged in shipping. I contacted the seller about it and within an HOUR got a VERY fair refund. While I'm disappointed the item was damaged, I am VERY HAPPY with the seller's QUICK and PROFESSIONAL response. This is the way problems are supposed to be handled! I TRUST this seller and WOULD NOT HESITATE to do business with them again! THANK YOU!

    The reel arrived exactly as described, well packaged and protected. The reel is well used and does need a good cleanup, but the bearings, action and Superstopper are all working exactly as expected. Overall I consider this a good value purchase and will likely do business with this Seller again if they have what I'm looking for in the future.
