Delayed shipping. Absolutely no communication. Seller did not answer my messages. Item not what expected by description and seller does not take returns. Out my money and stuck with the dress that looks horrible on me and I'll never wear. Giving it to GOODWILL. I've learned my lesson. If a seller says no returns, they mean it, but he/she should have answered my messages: one was before the purchase regarding the waistline and the other was afterwards when I was dissatisfied.
