The service, however, was far from satisfactory: the parcel was wrapped only in clear and flimsy cling film which did not survive the journey. I expect packages to be securely wrapped. Furthermore, I expect the contents of my private purchases to remain private. This experience demonstrates the merchant's lack of consideration of my right to privacy.
