    I am Karen Forbes. I have been baking and cooking since I was a child and loved every minute. There is nothing like the buzz that you get from completing your latest creation. The look on friends and family faces, when the see and tuck into your baking, makes it all worth while. I then made the decision to share my passion the best way that I could.
